We may share information with our insurance company affiliates or with third parties that assist us in processing and servicing your account. Our insurance companies may share information with their affiliates, but will not share information with non-affiliated third parties who would use the information to market products or services to you. We do not share the non-public personal information of our customers with any affiliated or non-affiliated companies who would use that information to market products or services to you.

  7. Accounting – credit card/bank account numbers to pay premiums

Access to and Correction of Personal Information

You have a right to submit a written request to access your personal information that is in our possession and make corrections to it. Such a request is to be made to the address listed below. We will respond to your request within 30 days or advise you if additional time is required to respond to your request. We will amend personal information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Our Commitment to Privacy

In the insurance and financial services business, lasting relationships are built upon mutual respect and trust. With that in mind, we will periodically review and revise our privacy policy and procedures to ensure that we remain compliant with all regulatory requirements. If any provision of our privacy policy is found to be non-compliant, then that provision will be modified to reflect the appropriate regulatory requirement. If any modifications are made, all remaining provisions of this privacy policy will remain in effect.
